Privacy Policy
Draft v0.1, October 2026. Not yet reviewed by counsel.
We build privacy tools, so this website is designed to collect as little as possible.
What this website collects
- No cookies, no analytics, no trackers, no third-party scripts, no third-party fonts. Every file is served from our own origin.
- No forms. We do not ask for your name or email address on this website.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider may keep standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page, user agent) for security and abuse prevention, for a short retention period. We do not combine them with any other data.
The software
- The SDK runs on your machines. It does not send telemetry to us.
- The audit log the SDK produces is stored where you choose. We never receive it.
- Blockchain transactions are public by nature and are not controlled by us.
Future mailing list
If we ever open a mailing list, it will be opt-in only (double opt-in), every message will include a one-click unsubscribe, and we will name the email processor here. We do not buy, rent or scrape email lists.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU GDPR or Argentina's Law 25.326), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Because this website collects almost nothing, there will usually be nothing to return. Requests can be sent to hello@deepfirstsearch.com.
